Addicts Auction 3 - Divisional Alignment and Fantasy Schedule

Owners,   The league is full and all dues have been collected so we are ready to find our divisional homes of this fall in addition to finalizing the schedule.   Shortly here, I will be assigning the divisions by using the draft order randomization tool per the by-laws.   "Divisional Alignment Randomization: Once the league is full and all payments have been received, I will temporarily convert the league to a redraft inorder to randomize the divisional alignment by using the internal MFL draft order randomizer tool.  You will get an email with a similar title to the effect of "Addicts Auction 1 Draft Order Generated"...this randomization will determine which division you are in to prevent any bias... You will receive an email from MFL that looks similar to the below when I hit the randomize button.  An email similar to below will be sent to each owner. "Round 1 Draft Order: 1. TEAM A 2. TEAM B 3. TEAM C 4. TEAM D 5. TEAM E 6. TEAM F 7. TEAM G 8. TEAM H 9. TEAM I 10. TEAM J 11. TEAM K 12. TEAM L Teams 1-4 will be placed in the Alcohol Division Teams 5-8 will be placed in the Gambling Division Teams 9-12 will be placed in the Fantasy Sports Division"   Once that is established, I'll implement the fantasy schedule based on the by-laws:   "Fantasy Schedule: Divisional games are more important than non-divisional games because of the payout structure and playoff structure, so I don't want any divisional games to be played during weeks 4-10 where teams/players at on bye (which the MFL packaged schedule does).  I don't want players' bye weeks to give 1 divisional rival an unneccessary advantage so I have to manually adjust the schedule. You will play your divisional rival twice, 1 time during week 1-3 and another time during week 11-13...all other teams should be played once during weeks 4-10 with the exception of 1 team since there are 8 non-division teams and only 7 weeks."   Again, since this is an auction, the draft order email you will receive will have no implications on anything except for the divisional alignment since this is an auction.   I'll touch base with you again next week before we begin our auction on July 7th at 12:01 AM ET.   Commish
